1. Data controller

2. Data processed

Browsing data. During normal operation the website systems collect some technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type), used only to run and secure the site and kept by the hosting provider for the strictly necessary time.

Data you provide. When you fill in the contact form or e-mail us you give us your company name, e-mail address and the content of your message, which may include personal data of company contacts.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering requests for information and new orders: pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Website security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations: art. 6.1.c GDPR.

Data are not used for marketing or profiling.

4. Processing and retention

Data are processed electronically, with appropriate security measures, by authorised staff. Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months, unless they lead to a contract, in which case statutory civil and tax retention periods apply.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting and e-mail provider (Aruba S.p.A.) as data processor. They are not disclosed or transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Providing data

The data requested in the form are necessary to answer you; without them we cannot handle your request.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@animisteriatodescato.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
